This little sequence works very well, again a variety of well planned shots keeps us gripped, the close-ups are used to show the emotion on Jade's face such as shock and despair.

This term both the GCSE and the Nationals year 10 media groups have created a sequence for their own school-based Drama. This has involved researching the codes and conventions used in TV dramas, learning about how different camera shots are used to keep the audience interested, how music is used to create different moods and attract the target audience. The students worked in groups and were allocated the various roles of a production team such as actor, cameraman/woman, storyboard artist, script writer, music composer, producer and director.
